Facing-in position

Your baby’s
head should
be close
enough to
kiss.
It’s time to bring the
pouch from the
hanging position and
wrap it around you and
your baby.
!
Secure the
shoulder buckle
with the pouch
loops.
Ready!
Your baby will feel
like she or he is in
the womb again.
While holding your baby
with one hand, secure the
pouch by attaching the
buckles and fastening the
straps. You will hear a
“CLICK” when every buckle
is locked and secured.

If necessary tighten the
cotton fabric straps by
pulling down the nylon
back straps or loosen the
straps by pulling up the
ladder adjuster buckle
of the back straps.
Check regularly
that your baby is
correctly
positioned and
make sure there
are no twisted
straps. Also make
sure there is
enough room
around your baby’s
face to provide a
clear source of air.

Make sure that your baby’s
legs passed correctly
through the cotton fabric
straps and are sitting in a
frog legged position or M
shape. This will ensure your
child’s safety.
Hold your baby under
her/his arms over your
right shoulder and
pass the baby’s right
leg under and through
the inner cotton fabric.
Move your baby to your
other shoulder by
holding her/him under
her/his arms and bring
the baby’s left leg under
and through the outer
cotton fabric band.
Remember to leave a
space between your
chest and the “X”
formed by the cotton
bands between 7 to 14
cms, depending on the
size of your baby.
Load your baby inside the
“X” formed by the cotton
fabric bands. Spread the
bands around your baby
over his back and form a
chair under her/his waist.

If your baby is
premature or
newborn,
spread the
cotton bands
over his/her
back head to
oer better
support to
his/her head
and neck. Turn
the baby’s
head and lay
his/her cheek
on your chest.
